Save The Seas is a beautiful and educational game for Android and iOS. It aims to teach kids and grown-ups about the oceans and the underwater life.
Don't forget to like us on FACEBOOK, thanks so much!
In a small village in The Gulf of Mexico, little girl Sofia is getting ready for bed. She falls asleep and her plush toys come to life in her dreams. The sea was once beautiful, but due to the pollution and other environmental issues, it has become a dangerous place to live in. Girl likes to make shell necklaces and she cannot find the beautiful ones anymore. Help Sofia to collect the shells by controlling her toys and guiding them through a maze of islands.
The gameplay looks much like the famous Pacman. Collecting clams and avoiding enemies is what you will do in each level. Done in a simplistic yet challenging way, Save The Seas can be as addictive as Pacman was. You will just want to collect all the shells on a screen before moving on to the next island. The challenge comes with enemies. Every time they get you, the level has to be started from the beginning. Enemies represent real issues such as fishing nets and oil pollution. This way the game teaches us how careless actions can harm ocean life.
“Our mission at Save The Seas is to bring awareness to one of humanity's biggest problem. If the Oceans die, we die.” Developers got that right. Littering the ocean causes so many problems for our world. Development of this arcade game started when the oil leak disaster happened in The Gulf of Mexico.
Save The Seas game has been created in a beautiful way, with colourful fish and maps. While playing as a fish, whale, or a shark it can show how dangerous the fishing boats can be. Most of us never realize that there are living beings in the ocean that needs our help. Oceans facts are revealed throughout the game, to help humans learn more about the seas they normally visit just for holidays.
Not Just Fun Softworks teamed up with Antara Apps BV to create a new and dynamic titles that will give gamers an awareness of the world surrounding them. The Pacman gameplay style was done on purpose, to get an attention of as large an audience as possible. I would recommend Save The Seas to everyone. Fun, addictive and unique title with amazing sounds of the seas.
